Trial
We offer 1 trial lesson across all our venues.
Booking
At Angel Swim London we will endeavour to find a day and time that suits you best. When you book you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of your first lesson.
A once off booking fee of £20 will be added to your first month’s fees and we will only be able to confirm your slot upon receipt of a Direct Debit mandate that we will provide.
At Angel Swim we pride ourselves in the service we offer and the confident and strong swimmers our program produces. To ensure that our clients receive the best service we will require you to commit to at least 1 School Terms lessons. This will ensure that you receive all the benefits of our carefully designed, progressive swimming program.
Fee Structure
Angel Swim London works on a flat monthly rate that will be collected from your bank account via Direct Debit. There are varying fees and it is determined by venue and whether you join for group lessons (4:1) or private lessons (2:1 or 1:1).
Fees are charged upfront for the month’s lessons and will be collected from your bank account on monthly basis. We are closed on School Holidays (please see our Term Times).
Fees are worked out on a flat monthly rate and do not change due to School holidays as these are not calculated in the price offered. We spread our Prices of lessons across 12 months.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your lessons, we will require one (1) month’s written notice and your Direct Debit will then be cancelled. We will not be able to reserve slots if you should choose to cancel your lesson. We have a long waiting list and work on a first come first served basis and as soon as a space becomes available it is filled immediately.
Make-up Lessons Policy
Lessons that are missed are considered forfeited. We do not issue refunds for missed lessons.
We have no room on our programme to accommodate make-up lessons. We have waiting lists of 50+ students and all available space has been taken up. By attending lessons consistently you will see consistent progress.
Illness
Never come to your swimming lesson if you and/or your child have any illness, such as, but not limited to: chest infection, conjunctivitis, measles, impetigo, ear infections, asthma or a heavy cold (first days of the cold). Please DO NOT come to your swimming lesson until the symptoms have cleared at least 48 hours prior to your swimming lesson or when your doctor has given the all-clear.
If your child has just a running nose but feels happy and active you will be able to come to your swimming lesson unless your GP has advised you otherwise. Under no circumstances must anyone suffering from diarrhoea or vomiting attend swimming during illness and up to 2 weeks after full recovery and stools have returned to normal. If you are concerned about any medical condition, we ask that you always check with your GP before coming to any lessons.
Photo image rights
In line with the 1988 Copyright Act, Angel Swim London reserves the right to use any or all photography or video taken by us during our Angel Swim London Photoshoots for our own publicity and promotion purposes. Such images remain the sole property of Angel Swim London and your agreement to these terms releases all image rights in favour of Angel Swim London.
Teachers
At Angel Swim London we will do our best to ensure you have the same teacher for the entire term for continuity. However, in some rare instances for example, illness we may have to find a cover teacher. If this is the case we will ensure the cover teacher is fully informed of every classes ability, medical conditions and special needs to ensure a smooth change over and maximum progress
Every teacher at Angel Swim London holds either an ASA Level 2 Certificate in teaching swimming or the STA equivalent. Our instructors also undergo comprehensive Angel Swim London training to ensure best teaching practice
Code of conduct
No running
No eating or drinking fizzy drinks on poolside (water allowed)
Please remove shoes at door or use a pair of blue overshoes
Please shower before and after entering the pool to promote good hygiene
Parents will pass babies aged 0 - 2 years to instructor and enter pool using the ladder
Parents with children aged 2 years+ will allow them to enter the pool by climbing the ladder, instructor will guide them down the other side
During lessons it is essential that parents follow the teachers instructions. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or worse so please do listen to your designated aquatic professional.
Submersions form a key part of our swimming programme and are fundamental in your child’s aquatic journey, however, we only submerge baby if they are aware and happy to do. We never force our children to submerge if they are unhappy or clearly resisting.
Please ensure your child is supervised at all times at Angel Swim London, from the moment you enter the school gate to the moment you leave. We will do everything in our power to ensure your little one is safe in the pool, however it is your responsibility to ensure your child’s safety getting changed before and after lessons.
Mandatory and Accepted Swimwear
At Angel Swim London we run a double nappy policy for all babies that are not potty trained. This consists of a Huggies swim nappy (found in all major supermarkets) and a “Happy Nappy” made of a neoprene, wetsuit like material. This double layer of protection ensures that if your little one has any little “accidents” the damage will be contained and we will not have to cancel lessons for everyone else. At Angel Swim London we will provide you with all the information we can in order to purchase the necessary swimwear, and in some cases can provide spare happy nappies if you forget them on the odd occassion.
Spectators
If you want to bring more than one child to lessons they MUST to accompanied by an adult at all times. You are welcome to bring 1 member of your family along to watch lessons from poolside.
Lost Property and Valuables
If you lose any valuable items please inform the instructor on the day and email us when you get home at hello@angelswim.london and we will do our best to find it. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost items so make sure your valuables are well secured and taken care of.
Data Protection Policy
Angel Swim London will not use or make available any personal information that we hold to any third party not directly responsible for or connected with the administration of your booking. Angel Swim London will not use your personal information except to send you promotions, mail marketing, course information and notifications. If you prefer not to be sent any correspondence from Angel Swim London, please contact us by email and request to unsubscribe from our mailing list, this will result in no course reminders or information of any kind being sent.
GDPR
Angel Swim London is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data provided to us.
Why we need your data We need to collect your information so we can keep you informed on our future courses, discounts and competitions
We do not collect sensitive information such as any medical details.
We store your personal information carefully.
What we do with your data We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to carry out these functions. If you notify us that you no longer wish to be listed on the database we will delete your information as soon as possible.
We use your data to provide information to you about our swimming lessons
We may use your information to contact you about how to improve our service or market future courses
We do not share your information with anyone unless we are required to do so by law or
We do not sell your information to anyone.
All the personal data we process is located on servers within the European Union.
What are your rights?
You have a right to see the information we hold on you and/or require your data to be deleted by making a request in writing to hello@angelswim.london. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to have it corrected. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
You can request access to your information or ask us to delete it by contacting us.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Amendments to Terms & Conditions and Statutory Rights
Angel Swim London reserves the right to amend its booking terms and conditions and associated documentation at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
